It’s 2014 and the first day of the new year! Millions of people around the world resolved to improve their body and mind, starting today.

Losing weight and getting fit is a challenge. If it was so easy, we would all be fit and toned all the time!

Getting into better shape starts with awareness about what your body looks like and feels like today and what you want your body to feel and look like in weeks, months and years to come.

There are tons of resources out there to help you get started on your fitness plan! I created a little plan for myself to start adding in my favorite types of workouts. I found these on Pinterest and Facebook and love them because I can print them out to hang on my wall for motivation or leave on my phone for quick reminders. Each workout is challenging enough to start making a difference in your body. Yet, they are simple enough to remember and maintain.

I LOVE the abs on fire workout. I finally found my abs again (underneath that special place I keep those gingerbread lattes). And I am obsessed with squats and calf rises. How else are we to have strong legs and buns for wearing sexy stilettos!?
